FAQ's
Here are a list of question and answers we think will be helpful for those planning to attend our wedding. If you have a question and it isn't answered below please hit the link on the bottom of this page to send us an email.
Happy planning!
Question: When should I RSVP by?
Answer: Please RSVP by October 16th, 2021 on the website under the RSVP tab. This gives you six months to make your plans for our wedding. Keep in mind if you have not booked your room stay by the December deadline we will assume you are not coming and will remove you from the RSVP list if you have previously said you would be attending. We look forward to seeing you on our special day in Cabo!

Question: When should I book airfare and accommodations?
Answer: Since is it a destination wedding we highly recommend you book flights and hotel rooms ASAP. However, the deadline to book accommodations at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach & Golf Resort is December 16th, 2021 by 5:00 PM (MST). The resort does offer a payment plan so the sooner you book the more time you have to pay. Please find the link in the menu tabs for accommodations for more information.

Question: Do I have to stay at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach?
Answer: We have rooms blocked off at a discounted rate for our guests to stay at this resort, where our events will take place throughout the week. If you do not stay at this resort you will need to figure out transportation to and from the resort for wedding events and pay a $200 dollar per person fee for the all inclusive plan to be allowed on property that day. We HIGHLY recommend you stay at Pueblo Bonito not just because we love it, but because we'd love for you to take part in all the wedding festivities throughout the weekend.

Question: I see Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is an all-inclusive resort. What will be covered during my stay at the resort?
Answer: Pricing includes all food, drinks, resort entertainment and transport to/from Pueblo Bonito sister properties. By staying at the resort you will be included in all wedding festivities and receive all-inclusive benefits of the resort including six swimming pools, private beach access, unlimited food and beverage at most restaurants and bars. A full list of included restaurants and bars are available when you check in or on the Pueblo Bonito website.
Question: What is not included in the all-inclusive package?
Answer: Specialty alcohol, premium restaurants that you can pay an upcharge if you choose to partake, spa treatments, golf, excursions, and transportation to and from the airport.

Question: Where can I find the party once I have arrived?
Answer: We will provide a general itinerary for you once you arrive to the resort for additional events we will have during the weekend. Please make sure you RSVP so we can mail you out more information.

Question: What should I pack?
Answer: Passport, sunscreen, bug spray, light jacket, sandals, swimwear, comfy clothing, and of course your wedding attire. Most restaurants are casual but there are a few restaurants that require a formal dress code (if you decide to go there). Tipping is not required, but we recommend tipping so you get extra great service. We suggest bringing $1 bills for tipping but there is a money exchange through the resort if you choose to use it.

Question: Can I swim at the beach?
Answer: You will not be able to swim at this resort due to the high tide and current. You are able to take a free shuttle (15-20 minutes) to Pueblo Bonito's sister resorts and swim in their beaches. The shuttles run every 15 to 30 minutes and take you to the downtown resorts where you can swim at the Medano beach. Access to the sister resorts are included in your All Inclusive plan so you can eat and drink at their participating locations as well.

Question: Is there wifi?
Answer: There is free wifi at the resort. It is spotty but you can pay additional to upgrade for better wifi or head to the market at the center of the resort where the WiFi is amazing.

Question: What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer: The ceremony will be at the private beach located at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Golf & Spa Resort property. Please arrive by 5:30 PM to allow for flexibility with ceremony start time.

Question: What will the temperature be like?
Answer: The average temperature in Cabo this time of year is a high of 85 degrees and low of 70 degrees in the evening. Perfect for getting some sun during the day time but cool enough to enjoy an outdoor wedding and reception in the evening.

Question: Is there a dress code for the wedding?
Answer: Yes, semi-formal attire. Dress to impress but also dress for the elements (sun and sand). Feel free to wear cocktail dresses, dressy pantsuits, cotton & linens button downs with slacks. We recommend wearing comfy sandals or dress shoes that are easy to remove.

Question: Are you guys registered? Where?
Answer: Yes! We opted to start a newlywed fund to help pay for our honeymoon. You can find a link to our hunnymoon registry below:
